    B.I.G. offers complete Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) services inclusive of a Preventative Maintenance Program. We assess and document the condition of the property and prepare an accurate cost estimate of the efforts necessary to restore the property to a usable condition for its intended use.

    Training and implementation of best practices within green infrastructure such as rain gardens, rain barrels, bioswales and retention ponds.

  • Heavy Highway Infrastructure & Construction

    Road construction, signage and shoulder work. Specializing in concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, bioswales, retention ponds, and retaining walls.

About the Founder

  • TYRONE JOHNSON

    Founder/President
    Tyrone, Founder and President of B.I.G. has over 25 years’ experience as a project manager, construction manager, program manager, and engineer leading top projects in the public and private sector. He prides himself with completing projects on time and within budget.

    Tyrone oversaw high profile projects at General Mitchell International Airport, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, various nationally recognized financial institutions, Milwaukee Christian Center, and state and local Department of Transportation’s just to name a few. He is passionate about the community, building personal relationships and training unrepresented people in the construction industry.

    His extensive involvement in the community includes volunteering, mentoring, and serving on numerous nonprofit board of directors.

    He is a certified instructor with the Home Builders Institute, has extensive experience in green infrastructure, certified in project management, LEED Accredited Professional and completed the OSHA 30-hour training. Tyrone holds various degrees in construction science, engineering, and construction management.
